1. Services

SK Arthajyoti Consultancy provides accounting, tax, and compliance services as agreed in writing with each client. Scope, fees, and timelines are confirmed before work begins.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete documents and information on time. Delays in providing data may affect filing deadlines and are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

3. Fees & payment

Fees are as per quotation or engagement letter. Late payments may pause services. Government fees, penalties, and interest are borne by the client unless stated otherwise.

4. Limitation of liability

We exercise professional care but are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by the client, government system outages, or events beyond reasonable control.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Odisha, India.
